The Female Synergy revolves around Leila Mormont’s 4-star awakening skill, ‘’Mama Bear’s Frenzy’’. This skill allows select female commanders to use their Active Army Skill multiple times, ranging from 2 to 4 times per second in battle. This can significantly increase damage output against enemy formations. However, this synergy has some limitations: it only applies to female commanders and doesn’t work for certain ones. Additionally, since it relies on active army skills, it's most effective when used with a mono-troop composition during attacks.
Let’s look at the female commanders that don’t work in this synergy:

Sinara: Sinara is one of the two commanders who are incompatible with Leila, due to her 4-star skill that silences both herself and another commander in the lineup. This means that Sinara's 4-star skill effectively nullifies her Active Army Skill, making her unable to benefit from Leila’s Mama Bear’s Frenzy. As a result, Leila’s synergy has no impact when Sinara is in the lineup.

Rhea: Rhea is the second female commander who is incompatible with Leila for the same reason as Sinara—her 4-star awakening skill causes her to be silenced, which disables her Active Army Skill for the entire battle. However, this limitation can be overcome if you have Rhea’s 4-star weapon, which cancels the silencing effect. With her weapon equipped, Rhea can continue to use her Active Army Skill and benefit from Leila’s Mama Bear’s Frenzy to deal additional damage.
Now we will look at how this synergy works and then we will see the affect certain commanders do on the battlefield:
The report we will study doesn’t have Cassana, the new female released commander but we will have a look at her 4 star skill later in the guide and look at the changes it brings in the synergy.
So this synergy works as bellow:
As soon as a female commander uses her active army skill, Leila has a certain percentage of chances to make that active army skill go again, we are talking about:

30% chance of the active army skill to be used 2 times (goes to 45% chance with her weapon at 4 stars)

10% chance of the active army skill to be used 3 times (goes to 20% chance with her weapon at 4 stars)
-
3% chance of the active arm skill to be used 4 times (goes to 8% chance with her weapon at 4 stars)
As we can see bellow this is how it’s shown in a battlefield, so you can see bellow that Leila’s active army skill procs and that triggers her 4-star skill that will allow Leila to hit again. The only thing you will never know is how many times will the skill trigger more unless you read the hole second of the battlefield.
Here bellow we can see that Cersei active army skill goes on triggering Leila’s 4 star skill, and that it hit in the same second a total of 3 times.
Cersei 4-star skill procs every time a commander uses his active army skill (this commander can be a man or a women). Her skill consists in her having a 20% chance of casting a Wildfire dealing 20% damage to all enemy lineups. Added to that, for 4 seconds they will be a 20% chance that enemies impacted by Wildfire miss their target when they attack.
As you can see in the report bellow, Salma used her active army skill and that triggered Cersei’s 4 star skill which in the same time dealt damage to the enemies and caused them to miss their target (bellow you see it’s a 70% chance and it’s for 5 seconds and it’s due to the weapon being 3 stars in this report but otherwise it’s 20% chance of missing and it lasts for 4 seconds).
Now for this synergy to have a lot of effect there is a commander that helps it a lot, and it’s Salma. Salma’s 4 star awakening skill
allows all female commanders to have an 80% chance (can go to 100% with weapon 0 star) to use their Active Army Skill once in the beginning of the battle (from the first second of the game) and this can even trigger Leila’s Awakening skill which may cause enemy to suffer heavy damage from the start of the fight.
As you can see bellow, from the first secon Salma used her 4 star skill and that allowed all the other commanders to trigger their active army skill dealing huge damage to the ennemy from second one.
One of the best female commander, Daenerys casts a disarm effect on the enemy and procs the dragon to launch 1 attack in the beginning of the battle. Added to that, Daenerys buffed with a cooldown period of 3 seconds for her active army skill when she reaches 4-star awakening, in other words she can cast her skill every 7 seconds.
This is how it looks like in a battle. So her 4 star skill procs and it’s followed by a double critic damage procs.
Senelle 4-star skill consist in her increasing all women skill damage by 65% after a total cast of 10 Active Army skills. Added to this, she also purifies all her lineup from any debuffs, in other word, bleed and disarmed (From Petyr Baelish 4 star skill) skill stop having effect on the lineup when she casts this skill.

So here you can see that Senelle increase ally skill damage.
On this report bellow, you can see that after the lineup got effected by bleed damage, Senelle purified her lineup from the damage dealt to it by the bleed.
Now before we move to dragon skills and castle skins, let’s look at the brand-new female commander, Cassana. She is the replacement for Salma in the fully maxed female formation. Her skill silences all female commanders for the first two seconds of battle, preventing any active skills from being triggered during that time. This makes her incompatible with Salma, whose 4-star skill activates all commanders' active army skill at the start of the battle. However, after the initial two seconds, Cassana reduces the cooldown of all female commanders’ active skills by two seconds and enables them to launch their Active Army Skill against the enemy's front row with a damage coefficient of 200%.
On a battlefield this is how it looks like:
So here no more first second damage, but from the third second all female commander get triggered and with Leila’s 4 star weapon and skill it becomes a blood bath for the enemy troops.
Impact and implication of dragon skills in the lineup:
We will look at the impact of Dragon Strong Assault Skill on the battlefield:
This dragon skill has an impact on the value of the damage dealt, for all commanders it’s a 200% damage equivalent but with this skill, during the fight it becomes 220% equivalent of the damage dealt on the enemy troops. And so with Leila, this allows the army active skill to deal more damage and multiple times in a second.
The next dragon skill we will look at is Dragon Follow up Skill, this skill allows to have a 20% chance of triggering a follow up attack from the dragon that does the equivalent of 180% damage coefficient of the commander’s target.
In a battlefield this is how it will look like, the dragon skill procs and the same second he launches an attack. So with Leila’s 4 star skill, this skill can be triggered many times due to Leila increasing the amount of active army skill procs.
There is another version of the Dragon Strong Assault Skill but in form of a castle skin and a marching skin:
These 2 castle skins and this marching animation allow to increase the commander active army skill damage of all the commanders in the formation (not only female commanders).
To conclude this, female is among one of the best synergies in game for all level of players (low pay to win, mid pay to win and maxed accounts) due to the fact it allows to deal huge amount of damage from the first seconds of the game but this blood bath can turn into an ally disaster if Petyr Baelish’s Disharmony hits these female commanders as it will turn their active skill against their ally armies and not the enemy ones.
