Weakness Guide-Formation
The weakness synergy is based around Jaime Lannister / Grey Worm 4-star skill. For his skill to proc you need at least a healer in your synergy:
- infantry healers: Latz,
- cavalry healers: Enzo,
- spearman healers: Drak, Hector, Arslan, Sarear
Indeed, we also have commanders that boost the weakness synergy, but they do not heal allied troops:
Infantry: Feis
Cavalry: Winton
Spearman: Patelo, Ayrmidon, Daena, Petyr Baelish
so, the synergy works as bellow:
The report we are studying below has 4 healers:

When a commander heals a certain amount of allied troops it procs Jaime’s 4 star skill that converts normal attacks into Weakness Attacks, which specifically target the enemy's weakest column.

In the report above, Hector 4-star skill procs after 3 lineups took an active skill damage and this healing activated Jaime Lannister war skill who changed the targeted lineups normal attacks into weakness attacks for the next 5 seconds of the fight.
It’s the same in this case where Enzo healed ally troops and due to this Jaime 4-star skill procs making all the army attacks normal attacks into weakness attack.
One thing to notice is that, the armies who’s normal attacks will be turned into weakness attacks are the ones that have been healed, first screen Hector healed a2, a3 and a5 lineups and so they are the ones who got their normal attacks transformed. On the other hand, Enzo healed troops from all lineups which lead to the hole army having their normal attacks changed to weakness attacks.
Until the enemy lineup dies, the weakness attack keeps stacking up (like shown below), and the more healer we have, the faster the weakness stacks.

Impact and implication of dragon skills in the lineup:
We will look at the impact of the dragon tear skill on the battlefield:

The dragon tear skill procs after 10 weakness attacks are dealt by allied army and the skill allows to have a 60% chance of summoning an dragon attack with a damage coefficient of 180%.

In this report, after 10 attacks we see that this procs the weakness skill which dealt the dragon to do damage on the enemy lineup.
The next dragon skill we will look at is Dragon Weakness skill, this skill allows to reduce by 15% enemy Health lineup after the triggering of 10 weakness attack.

As we can see in the battel report bellow, after we got 10 weakness attack, the dragon skill procs and enemy lineup loses 15% of their health.

For the end of the weakness guide we will look at the effect of the big pay to win commanders on the weakness synergy:
Baelish is one of the essential commanders in weakness synergy, one of his strongest point is his disharmony effect which results in commanders attacking their own troops while using Active Army Skill.

Daena is also an essential commander for the weakness synergy, she offers a shield for the allied troops which absorbs 60% of the damage for 3 seconds. And she also offers spearmen defense at the start of the battel. Here bellow is how her shield works

Ayrmidon is pretty good for Weakness setup. His skill procs after allied front lineups trigger a total 10 weakness attacks, he attacks 2 random enemy targets and also increases the weakness damage taken by the enemy lineup by 6%. On the report bellow we can see that Ayrmidon targeted b1 and b3 lineup’s and has also increased weakness damage by 6%.

Among the best weakness commanders ingame. His Awakening Skill allows him to heal allied Spearmen lineups every 5 seconds, restoring +5% of the damage dealt. This allows to proc Jaime’s 4-star Awakening Skill, allowing the weakness attacks to begin. We can see on the report bellow that Sarear healed ally troops which lead to Jaime’s 4 star skill to proc and weakness to begin. And due to the fact that Sarear heals troops from all lineups, it allows Jaime’s 4-star skill to impact all lineups and to have all troops doing weakness attacks.
