Build Information :

This advisor can either be assigned to the Bannerman Hall where he increases the rallied troops total defence by 2% when unlocked and by 10% when maxed or he can be assigned to the Barrack where he will increase marching speed by 3% when unlocked and by 15% when maxed.

Battle Attribute :

When it's attached to a commander, the cavalry Health increases by 2%. When you reach the maximum, it increases to 10%.

Skill :

In battle, every 8 seconds, the cavalry in the same column as the Commander increase their 10% health.When you reach the maximum, it increases to 50%.
