This advisor can either be assigned to the bannerman hall to increases defense for all rallied tropps by 1% and 5% when maxed or he can be assigned to the barracks to increase marching speed by 2% or when unlocked and by 10% when maxed.

Battle Attribute :

When it's attached to a commander, the cavalry Attack increases by 1%. When you reach the maximum, it increases to 5%.

Skill :

At the start of the battle, the cavalry in the same column as the Commander increase their 8% attack, lasting for 20 seconds.When you reach the maximum, it increases to 40%.
