He can be assigned to the Warehouse where he will increase Army Carrying Capacity 1.50% when unlocked and by 7.50% when maxed and he do increases production of the resource plot where the advisor is located by 3% when maxed is 15%.
When it's attached to a commander, the bowmen defense increases by 2%. When you reach the maximum, it increases to 10%.
Skill :
During the battle, every 8 seconds, the bowmen in the same column as this commander increase their defense by 10%. When you reach the maximum, it increases to 50%.
