This advisor can be assigned to 3 different buildings. He can be assigned to the Castle where he will increase Stamina Limit by 5 when unlocked and by 25 when maxed. He can be assigned to the Embassy Reinforcement Capacity by 10.000 when unlocked and by 50.000 when maxed. Or he can be assigned to Shelter where he will increase Endurance Limit by 15 when unlocked and by 75 when maxed.
When it's attached to a commander, the bowmen Health increases by 1%. When you reach the maximum, it increases to 5%.
Skill :
In battle, every 8 seconds, the bowmen in the same column as the Commander increase their 4% health.When you reach the maximum, it increases to 20%.
