When it's attached to a commander, the bowmen Defense increases by 1%. When you reach the maximum, it increases to 5%.

Skill :

During the battle, every 8 seconds, the bowmen in the same column as this commander increase their 4% defense. When you reach the maximum, it increases to 20%.
