When put on the bannerman hall he increases the health for all rallied troops by 2% when he is unlocked and this increases to 10% when he is maxed. On the other hand if he is assigned to the barrack he increase the amount of troops you can train by 500 when unlocked and goes up to 2500 more when maxed.
When it's attached to a commander, the bowmen Attack increases by 5%. When you reach the maximum, it increases to 25%.
Skill :
The soldiers in the same column as the Commander hav a 4% chance to triggert a multiarrow effect attacking the front row enemies after a normal ranged attack.(damage coefficient 30%).When you reach the maximum, it increases to 20%.
