This advisor can be assigned to 2 different buildings. He can be assigned to the market where he will increase the transport capacity by 20.000 when unlocked and by 100.000 when maxed. He can be assigned to the Warehouse where he will increase the resource protection by 2% when unlocked and by 10% when maxed and he do increases production of the resource plot where the advisor is located by 2% when maxed is 10%.
Battle Attribute :
When it's attached to a commander, the infantry Attack increases by 1%. When you reach the maximum, it increases to 5%.
Skill :
In battle, every 8 seconds, the infantry in the same column as the Commander increase their 4% attack.When you reach the maximum, it increases to 20%.
