This advisor can be assigned to the market where he increases the amount of resource that can be transported by 100 000 when maxed, or he can be assigned to the warehouse where he increase by 10% the amount of protected resources or he can be assigned to any resource production space where he will increase its resource production by 2% when unlocked and by 10% when maxed.

When it's attached to a commander, the infantry Defense increases by 1%. When you reach the maximum, it increases to 5%.

During the battle, every 8 seconds, the infantry in the same column as this commander increase their 4% defense. When you reach the maximum, it increases to 20%.
