This advisor can be assigned to the bannerman hall where he will increase the rally size by 3000 when unlocked and by 15 000 when maxed or he can be assigned to the barrack where he can increase the amount of troops that can be trained by 375 when unlocked and by 1875 when maxed.

Battle Attribute :

When it's attached to a commander, the spearmen Health increases by 2%. When you reach the maximum, it increases to 10%.

Skill :

In battle, every 8 seconds, the spearmen in the same column as the Commander increase their 10% health.When you reach the maximum, it increases to 50%.
