This advisor can be assigned to the maester’s tower where he will increase the research speed by 3% when unlocked and by 15% when maxed.

Battle Attribute :

When it's attached to a commander, the spearmen Attack increases by 2%. When you reach the maximum, it increases to 10%.

Skill :

The Heal Effect received by the soldiers in the same column as the Commander is increased by 6%. When you reach the maximum, it increases to 30%.
