Laena Water
Laena Water is a commander that can be used in low pay to win formation; indeed her 4-star skill doesn’t have a big impact on the battlefield and is only worth it for stats. Her 4-star skill Dream rider’s charm works according to the enemy troops amount, if your enemy has more cavalry troops then you, she adds a 30% cavalry attack to your lineup, but if your lineup has more cavalry troops then enemies one, she grants allies troops 30% cavalry defence.

Laena Waters's War Soul Awakening Skill [Dream Rider's Charm] changed to:Increases Cavalry Attack by 35%. Every time Laena Waters casts an Active Skill, it randomly increases either Cavalry Defense or Cavalry
Attack by 15%. (Can be used up to 15 times.)
