Jon is not a ‘Bleed’ commander. Instead, he is a ‘Crit’ commander. Normally, all the commanders have 120% crit value but Jon offers ‘150% crit’. Also, he provides ‘Normal Attack Damage Reduction’ for 15 seconds.

Jon Snow's War Soul Awakening Skill [BIoody Battle] changed to:When the battle begins, the allied troop type at the front will receive 25% Normal Attack Damage Reduction for 15 seconds. Allied Infantry and non-front row troop types’ normal attacks will have a 20% chance of dealing a 180% critical hit for 25 seconds.
